I am trying to stop smoking but I am afraid that I will be very fat after few weeks. I've stopped smoking before one month and now I am without any job so I am very stressed. I din't start smoking yet but I thing I will do in next few days. Please help me what to do. I can see that I am eating more and moving less so I am afraid that I will be fat soon. It is really strong to stop smoking and don't start eating more.
