What do you usually do to cope up with stress??

This week is a final examination of us, i am in a very hectic schedule. I have to prepare all my organization's accomplishment report to be submitted to my Dean, my Adviser, and to our School Office of student affairs. I have to review for my examinations. I have to finish my case analysis assignments. I have to fix my school clearance. I have to make Certificates for my co-officers. I have to prepare an essay to respond to our school upcomming summer competition. I really hate stress. uuuUh I felt so tired and exhausted.
How i wish there's 16 hours in a day. I don't know what to do. How about you guys, had you experienced stress and what did you do to cope up with it? Would you give me some tips.

drink lot of water and try to change the scene or the topic!!

We have to face all the things we encounted, one word for you, things will be over. We have to brave enough to face our life, and everything, we all have stress.
The difference between success person and failure is how they treat stress, I love stress, but it's really a hard time being under stress.

I've been in a lot of stress when I gave my exams..
And I really realise now that I shouldn't.. whatever is to be done, it will be done.. try to realax.. cause stress makes you forget things.. drink much water and sleep well! And take a brake ;)

I go for workout with my friend whenever I am in stress. Apart from that seeing movie is also one of my preference when I am in stress.
