Do you have a bad noisy neighbor?

I got annoyed when I heard my neighbor screaming...as if she don't care about her neighbors, I am at my room that time...that's how loud her voice was! she said a lot of things that's really bad! I can't take it when she's saying bad words to her father, mother and husband...her young daughters were there just listening outside their house...they were so naive to be exposed to that kind of behavior, they might even do it when they grow up. I think she's screaming for about an hour! and that's not her first time to do it...it's almost every week or month, I am not lucky today I was absent at work so I heard her super loud voice. The last time I got annoyed was last year... I called our barangay office...that's when she shut her mouth up and I thought she wouldn't do it again...now I know she didn't even learned a lesson! I think she has a lot of problems in life and might have a mental problem and she needs counseling and needs to go to church for strength and for knowing how to handle her problems that there is a God reaching out for her.
Do you have also the same experience with your neighbor? Can you share your opinions and have you done something about it?

My neighbors are very kind now. When I was in the middle school, I had a bad neighbor. At night, we all sleep, she still clean up her stuff and make big noise. I am neurasthenic. So I can not sleep before she hit the slats. I am very heartsick and sleepy in the daytime because I did not sleep well.
Sometimes I try to communicate whih her, but she did not listen to me. She still do what she did past. I bear her about 4 years. Now I study in another school. Now my neighbors are all very kind. I think I can not communicate with this person. What I will do is standing aside her.

I was just going to start a discussion like this! I live in an apartment complex and we are on the bottom floor...the people that just moved in upstairs are very loud and late at night their son likes to drop things on his bedroom floor, heavy things, which happens to be above our bed. I dont believe the kids ever hear anything from their room which is good because if they dont get enough sleep they get terribly cranky some mornings.
I have talked to the landlord/apartment manager and he says theres really nothing he can do. Why cant he just leave a note on their door or something. My husband went up their last week to let them know it was 2am and sometihng kept falling on our ceiling (lol). They said at that time it was their son.
Then there are the ones next to us who have to have music on ALLDAY. I dont mind music and I listen to it alot however theres is constant next door and they keep it up pretty loud.
Oh well I guess.

If she has mental problems, her family members should seriously do her a favor and bring her to doctor. This is only good for her. I guess she can't handle the stress in her life and she vents it out on others.
My neighbors are quiet most of the time. The only time it gets noisy is when they are playing mahjong. Other than that, they are pretty quiet.

I know how you are feeling.
one of my neighbors loves talking on her cell phone on the common corridor loud and long so that others can hear clearly what she is saying...I don't understand why there is someone who doesn't care about her privacy at all like that...I don't care about her privacy either,but I care about my quiet.
fortunately,cold wind comes with the winter and she has to talk on her phone instead of outside.though I can still hear more or less as the neighbour living next door,but it is quite better than before...

Neighbours can sometimes really be very annoying....but in this regard I have been lucky....I have got nice andcalm people around me....there are very helpful and caring.....the occasional misunderstandings do occur but people try to solve them and be clear to each other....Its hard to get such a locality but I am lucky....

I had a noisy neighbor, a real bad person no doubt, very quarrelsome, he will always play music at abnormal high volume till late night, i along with others requested him several times, it was of no use, lastly we brought some loud speakers, noisy music cassettes and played them, pointing the speaker at his home..it worked, he could realized his fault..
