Is prosperbux.com scam ..?

Today prosperbux.com has changed its TOS of payments.As per the new TOS, the payments will made within 30 days for standard members and this is one week for premium members.It seems the are ready to scam the members and also they have been placed under the scam sites list, yesterday.I am about cash out there in three more days. Is there anything else new regarding them.Will they pay?

As long as they pay, I won't mind at all. Even if they say that they will pay standard members on 1 particular day of the month, I will be ok with it.
If I wanted to get paid quicker, all I do is upgrade. But I would have to work out if it is worth upgrading first.

It's kinda ridiculous to wait for a measly 3$ for more than a month don't you think? so I guess it's more practical to get more or less 10$ first before cashing out. Too bad I'm close to 3$ myself.:(
Same with unobux, I was close to reaching the minimum payout. Well, at least I got something from joining this sites under GPTbank. xD

Thanks for your opinion. When ever I am about to cash out, then the site is becoming scam or will no more online and I met many sites like this.As you told I got some cent from GPTbank on behalf of this site.I think we can not expect beyond this.
