What do you do for GNO?

I'm not a woman but my wife and her friends have in the past all met at someone's house and brought a dish/course each. They all agree on what chick film they want to watch too. They have their meal and watch the film. Or sometimes they just had the meal and talked, danced or did whatever girls do when they are alone. One poor hubby got the boot for the evening of course. But one of the others would take him in. These days, the girls tend to just go to a restaurant; then one of us hubbies plays taxi and picks them up and takes them home.

Drinking, dancing and just having some clean fun. hehe

If you live near a college see what they are doing. Many times they have free or cheap performances or even free 2nd run movies (especially on Friday nights) Eateries near colleges are cheap because students don't have lots of money to spend on eating out. I hope this helps.

My girls and I tend to just go to someones house, pick up some food that everyone will enjoy, do facials, watch movies, talk, scrapbook, anything really that we can just spend time together and strenghten the already super stong bonds we all share.

Rent movies and order a pizza! I don't know if you have them where you're at but Redbox rentals has 1$ movie rentals. I know that where I live we also have a 1$ movie theater which is cheap and really fun to go to! I love bowling, so going out and bowling would be fun. Another idea for staying in is making it a game night or do manicures/pedicures/makeovers. You could always order out for something cheap like pizza or have each girl bring a dish of some sort for you all to try and share. I hope I was at least of some help - I guess I don't know exactly what type of activities you're looking for.
