That is all I read these days. If you want to make money online you have to get referrals for your program(s). I am sure that you all believe this. You probably believe it because it has some truth. Referrals do add to your earnings. But, they are not the only way to make money in the program of your choice. You can put forth some hard work and a little effort.
Everyone who joins a program expects to be able just sit back and watch the greens flow in. This is not going to happen, you have to work for what you want. I can almost guarantee that if you put forth the effort and work any program that you join you will make money each and every month. Getting referrals is just an added bonus for your hard effort. Just remember that when you start getting them, keep them interested by keeping in contact with them. Show them the way to get money, remember you cant have secrets from them. If you do, you will suffer in the long run.
Good Luck!!!

You miss understood what I am trying to say. Referrals are not the only thing you have to get to make the money. You have to put forth some effort also. I like to spend some time promoting and doing offers and surveys. This way you can maximize your income using the online survey sites.

I think you are saying that there is more than one way to earn online, and that is very true. It would be a shame if people never tried Mturk.com or freelance writing simply because they cannot earn referral income from those sources -- they'd really be passing up on a lot of potential income if they did that. On the other hand, with some sites you'll struggle even to make a dollar a month without referrals. Even a dollar can be valuable, but to grow your income on such sites building a downline is not just optional, but actually necessary.
I'm not sure staying in contact with your referrals is always a good idea. If you know them personally, then offering them help might be a very appreciated gesture, but some people will find regular contact from their upline annoying and feel like they're being pressured to earn more.
