how to avoid conflict to someone?

i have a problem with my sister, we are always not in a good relationship but before we are not like this. can you help me in order to avoid conflict to my sister? hope you will not ignore this problem of mine. thanks in advance.

Talk to her. Find out what is wrong. Communication is the key to avoiding problems in a reltionship. This is all you can do. Try to work things out.

I think all you can do is close off when things look like they are going to get a bit messy, maybe only go and see her when you are in a very good frame of mind and i guess try and look for what it is that is all of a sudden causing this and then try and fix it.
