Yes, I do often get a cold most especially cold days. I remember having colds almost the whole month. I kept sneezing and sneezing and I couldnt sleep well because of my colds.

I too used to get colds every month last year.It was very irritating.Now i am starting to get a cold because i have sore throat.I think people get cold who catch the cold virus.Our bodies lack vitamin c to resist cold.Drinking normal orange juice and drinking lots of water can help remove cold fast.

I affected from cold, but not every month. When ever i take my bath in the afternoon, very soon cold fever will affect me. I also consult with doctor with my problem.Doctor told me that, always i should take my bath in the morning and after bath dont use fan to get dry your hair or dont switch on your ac.

Are you living in an area with air pollution.Some people gets cold due to some allergies.Please go for a vacation to a hill resort for a month,if possible and observe yourself.Atleast have a change of any place.If that really helps,then change your residential place.Cheers!

People who are allergic to dirt and dust also catches cold very easily.I do often get cold because of sinus problem.At times it will be so severe that my head aches a lot and I need to tak etablet to relieve the pain.

It seems i would be easy to get cold before. When i began to drink some honey in the morning, i think it works,and now i wouldnt get cold often. Of course, i think it is good to do some exercise to keep you from the sickness,you know, you would feel worse if you got it.
