Imagine that, one day, you are alone at home. It was raining heavily outside. Suddenly, the doorbell rings. You open the door and discovered that it was your long-lost good friend. You haven't seen him/her in a long while. You invited him/her inside your house, have a great chat, drink and just catch up with times. Halfway through the conversation, your phone rang. Your phone is in another room.
You excuse yourself from your friend to answer the call. It was your long-lost friend's mum. She called to tell you that your long-lost friend was actually just involved in an accident and had passed away. What would you DO?
*p.s remember that your friend was still in the living room.

I heard this story in the past.
If this happens to me, I will compose myself first; then, go back to the living room. I would like to see him again; ask him why he visited me. I would assume he has a message to tell me, something very important. I'm pretty sure when I get back he is no longer there.
