For Catholics out there..
It's the Lenten Season once again.. I just want to ask if you practice fasting and/or abstinence from meat during Fridays (and other relevant Lenten days)?
Personally, I try as much as possible to follow it. Besides, there's really nothing to lose and a little sacrifice won't hurt, right?
How about you?

I tried to but sometimes i forgot that it is friday, just like today we had a party how could i resist such a delicious banquet.
In my understanding, people had to fast from eating meat in order for the person to be strong in resisting temptation. If we can resist taking in meat, we will also become stronger to resist temptation from committing sinful acts, I am not sure just my idea.
Thanks
