Respect others when you are at the top : Nehra Vs Dhoni

I have seen that video earlier. I agree with you that no one should show so much agression on the field. This is perhaps one reason, Y i dont liek Sreesanth in the Indian team. Ashish Nehra lost his luck later because he did not remain consistent. We have seen so many players, bowlers especially, rising to the top and then degrading. Take the case of Irfan Pathan. About Dhoni, I would say, that no dount he is a very cool player. But i guess, he is a little selfish too and becoming over-confident. No doubt, the team is performing good, but then its the entire team effort, and I would give more credit to the new coach Gary Kirsten. I guess, the competition among the players now, is the main reason taht everyone is striving hard to perform better. I remember, that Dhone did not use to perform so well under other's captaincy. And now, he has become more of a test player even in One-Days. He needs to get abck his way of playing as soon as possible.

it is true Dhoni is cool headed person. I think error can happen from any one. But the established player should never act like this. His despair is known but still keep the cool.

Yeah, I have seen that video many times. We should not blame Nehra too much because it happens when you are in an important game. I have seen many players shouting at their teammates due to a poor fielding performance or a dropped catch. These things happen in the heat of the moment hence these should be left there on the field itself. True, Dhoni has been a really cool head in this team and he does not reatalitae much. That is one of his most important attributes.

Hii i do agree with you that Dhoni is quite a cool guy and that is one of main reason of his success. His calm nature give him more strength and that's why he is getting more success day by day.
