What do you think about how tennis is played now?

I made an observation on how tennis is currently played. I guess tennis now is played through power. In the men's tennis, the currently ranked number 1 plays with so much power is every shot that he makes. Consequently, the same thing is also true for womens. Have you noticed that for most of the majors, it is usually won by the Williams sisters.
I guess sometimes its kinda frustrating how matches are played right now. Gone are the long rallies and variations in the techniques. Most of the rallies are ended in just 3-5 shots.
I would like to see tennis played where players display their skills in variations. It adds more to the quality of the games and actually satisfies the fans. Have you noticed that it is only through long rallies where fans interests are demonstrated.
What do you think guys? Do you prefer tennis before or how it is played right now?

this is federers era, others play power game but he has invented a whole new technique of pace power, and creativity and added to the game. thats the way tennis needs to go in future.

Yes, you are right. Now the power-based players are more than skill-based players. Willams sisters are powful now. I don't know if Nader is a power-based player. I am a fan of Nader.
