which tool you use for web page editing

I use note pad and use raw html code, tho frontpage is ok tho there is also joomla which looks cool aswell

i am learning dreamweaver at present i am able to create nice designs with dreamweaver. If we have some knowledge on HTML we can even use blogger for creating a blog that looks like a good professional website.

I've been using Dreamweaver since version 1 over ten years ago. I now still use version 3 which does the job for me. The latest version costs nearly £1000 in the UK which is just crazy money as far as I'm concerned. I also still use old versions of Flash and Fireworks which do all I want. So much software today is change for change sake and no real improvement.
