I have read that yogurt has a high health benefit and same is through to better bones. Not so much of the benefits anyway because I already know it. What I want to know is which or what yogurt brand can you consider as best? Aside from Nestle's Fruit selection yogurt, what else do you consider that is better than that brand? I will be waiting. Thanks!

I can see many brands of yogurt, but I do not know which is the best brand because I do not take yogurt in my everyday intakes. I do not think if I helped you with the topic. lol....Honestly, I do not drink or take yogurt because of the taste. I don't like the taste. However, my girlfriend is asking or suggesting me to take one everyday because it is good for better bones, more healthier than milk. So, I might consider her advise and suggestion. If it is for our health, then I will go for it.

There are only two brands of yogurt sold in the groceries here in the Philippines, one is Nestle, the other is ... well, I don't know what it is because Nestle is the only brand I try :P I'm not the type who tries other brands when I'm perfectly satisfied with the one I have :) Thanks for the response on my discussion!

Thanks for responding. Well, as for now, I love Nestle fruit selection yogurt. But am trying to like for other brands or plain yogurt. Do you know a brand?

For me, the Brand I like and eat the most is Yoplait Lite. What impressed me most is that is the Yogurt they even recommend on "The Biggest Loser" if you are wanting to loose weight or maintain as well. I Love how they have so many flavors to choose from as well. I am always looking for Great sales on this as well. If you have not tried it yet, I think you should and see what you think.

dadih - "DADIH" in Malaysia is actually yogurt in English.
DADIH IN MALAYSIA On the first day I stepped my feet in Malaysia - Dec. 2006, I had been served with one of the local homemade yogurt called "dadih". With various flavors and all of them were very in good taste and delicious. My first impression, I thought it was only a homemade product scale, later on I found it's vastly commercialized.

I think anything made by Stoneyfield Farms is a good yogurt! They are all organic and the flavor is fantastic. You can usually find this brand at major supermarkets, but smaller organic store may have an even better selection. I usually eat the Vanilla. Yum! Have a great day!

Well I know that Activa is suppose to help you be regular. I myself have not tried it but I had a friend that was taking it in a daily basis and she said it was great! I like Trix yogurt myself some yogurts to me have a bad after taste and I cannot eat them. Like yoplait I for some reason cannot eat it. I know a lot of people like to eat it but to me it has a bad aftertaste. I hope this helps and happy mylotting to you!

Although there are a lot of yogurt brands here, I stick to Danone, a french brand. There have been some legal issues between Danone and its early cooperator. But when taken over by another Chinese dairy company, the substitute yogurt was not so welcome. After one or two year absence, Danone is back, and I resume the use, for its taste and effect.

in my country there are a lot of brands, but i buy just the one from DANONE. It`s a company that it`s from France, and even if they really have the most expensive yogurt, it`s the most wanted in my country. They really have a lot of sortiments, and one i`m sure that you`ll like so much. But now, it comed a new company that take almost all the costumers of Danone, because they have better stuff and a lower price.
