Do you open the tag when you are washing your hands?

Just as we know, water is a important kind of resource in our planet, and it becomes more rare as the pollution of the environment.
Today, i went to the toilent and washed my hand, when i used the soap and rub my hands, the tag still open and the water outflower all the time.
oops, i realized i was making a big mistaken for my wasting.
so, i closed it right now.
It is a bad habit when washing hands still opening the tag.
do you?

oh yes this is a bad habit and I find myself doing the same. I really should turn off the water to. My childen as well do the same as the scrub there hands singing the abc song, I guess I really should pay more attention and try to turn off.
