I got depromoted

Can you ask for more hours? I know if they've cut your pay it might not be possible but you could always try and see if they could give you more hours. If not try to spend more time on here to make up atleast a little for what your not making at your job! Sorry that your pay got cut, but don't let it get you down. Try to find more ways to be frugal!

I'm so sorry to hear that. It happened last summer and it wasn't easy to overcome it. I wasn't really that affected emotionally because I have been expecting it, just not for that much. They cut my hours by half while I was expecting a cut of 2 or 3 hours a week. The year before they had restructured job descriptions and mine was turned into a completely different one cutting my pay from $36/hour to $24 I got a part time to cover for that but it's not the same. Hope you find a solution that will feel right.

probably its due to recession period..........thanx to god that you are still in job there are some many people suffers due to this and many of them lose there jobs.......thanks to god that you just get demoted...to fulfil those 3000 Rs you can reduce your expenses.......

Oh I am so sorry to hear that, but why's that? Was it because of the current economic situation? That's quite a lot of money indeed. I think it's still better than not having a job and worry to look for a job. Wait till the economy gets better and then you could look for another job with better pay.

dont know but all we have to do is to accept the fact.be happy that you still have a job but less salary

Hi ajithlal, do not feel bad, there must be a reason why your salary were cut down. Try asking your other fellow colleagues. I believe it is due to the downtime of the economy lately, for it do effecs some companies especially electronics. Otherwise you should walk towards to your boss and ask him or her personally, let him know that you want an explanation not of you are dissatisfied (but that is the reason, just keep to yourself) but you would like to know is there anything wrong with your performance.

well i relly don't know what to advise you over this matter ,i can understand 3000/rs is a huge amount. but what can we do. ? nothing, the holy bible says that you should thank God in this situation.then see what the God does. leave it up to him. he is a wonderful creator. he will not let you down. when you submit the matter in his hands he will take charge and bring back the hapiness in double measure. do take my advise seriously.do write back when God blesses you.
