Were you shocked to see Alexis go last night?

Oh yes, I was even quite disappointed about this news. She was my most favorite, even my bet! Too bad she had to go.. She just sang the wrong song :( Anyway.. I just hope she gets to still have a career. She has a very fantastic voice and great personality. Let's hope for the best. The road doesn't end with American Idol, anyway...

I wouldn't be surprised, but Michael could've gone before here.

yes I was shocked, I wanted megan to go so badly, then in the line up of the bottom three I figured it should have been michael to go, he is getting boring.

I wasn't shocked. Definitely the wrong song choice for her. I also didn't care for the arrangement of the song (but having heard the original a hundred times ...it's hard to accept change). However, there were two other contestants, who I felt deserved to go home more than Alexis. It's sad to see judges who appear to have already chosen their favorites and will dance around their criticisms of these chosen few, so as not to negatively influence voters....i.e. "It was weird....in a good way." Come on.......let's hear how you really feel!

I wouldn't say shocked, but surprised yes. She did not have the best performance, but there were definately worse people on there than her. I don't think she deserved to be the one to go home, and I don't even really think she deserved to be in the bottom three. I think it is a shame because there are a couple of people that should have gone home or at least have been in the bottom 3.

Sorry, I don't watch American Idol! I guess if you were shocked though, it must have been a big deal. I don't know anything about the contestants this year. I feel so out of touch!

yes, i mean even if i like stare at dialidol... i was still in doubt if it reflects the real tally... and i am not sure if i will wish simon to say no to one who was already rejected by america... but i'm not sure we will see enough sincerity from the other 3... i was wishing for michael sarver to go, i'm really really doing him a favor, not to wait for the day that he will be matched to danny or adam... it will be a blow...

Yes, I was surprised that she was even in the bottom 3! It is hard now because most of the contestants are really good. Mike did well with the country song so I was actually surprised to see him in the bottom 3 too. I feel bad for Alexis because now she doens't get to go on tour:( Danny, Adam and Megan are still my favorites. Hope that they stay around for a long time.

Yes, I'm surprised Alexis got the boot last night. Unfortunately the Alexis we've come to know didn't show up this week. And I think she let the judges get to her last night. She kept looking at them as they were talking and she buckled. It was worse than the night before. I think Michael Sarver should have gone home. I don't think he's good enough to be in the top 13 and feel there are others who were sent packing that are better than him. He's got the nice guy thing going for him but that can only get you so far. I can't imagine he's going to last much longer.

Hi Lady! Well I was as surprised as anyine that since she was in the bottom two with Michael Sarver that it was acctually her that had the least amount of votes! She really fell from grace, pun definatly intended... I have to say though, that all of the contestants were awsome this week, so I really did not want any of them to go. That's the way it is though, and it really stinks for Alexis, because she really looked good from the beginning and now she doesn't even get to go on tour unless she's a stand-by. I think Michael held on only because of the Country music that he got to sing. He got lucky in my opinion! I have no doubt that he will be next to go, but I have said that two times now and was wrong. What the heck do I know? I just keep voting for Danny and Adam, and hope the rest fall into place. sadly i wasn't able to watch this episode. But my borther broke the news to me. I don't really see alexis on the top 3, but I would have hoped for her to stay much longer. She has a very unique voiice and for me can be trained and becaome a better singer. I sure hope she causght the eye of some record producers.
