Is education, seeking a career and jobs a means to an end or an end in itself?
What, in your opinion is the purpose of life? What are the aims for which you work, seek a career and toil hard? What do you really want to achieve in this world before you die?

Hi vu3nnn, I feel that the purpose of life is to know joy and to pass that happiness on to other people. While we need a career, it is not the meaning of life, neither is money or anything material. Happiness is something that we can know right now, no matter what our circumstances in life. We can only BE happy, it is not something that we can get at some future date. That doesn't mean that we should not try to improve our lot in life but it does mean that we shouldn't worry about position or power. Joy or happiness is also something that the more we give away, the more we have for ourselves. Blessings.

The purpose of life is living life to the fullest and being happy. I think we should all strive for better weather it be a job or love. I think we try to make the right choices and enjoy life as it comes. I know I can be happy with this purpose.

I think the purpose of life is simply to be happy, it doesn't matter in what way, we should appreciate the small things in life instead of counting riches, unfortunately it doesn't seem we humans realize what really does make us happy until we are old then it all seems to be clear...
