My husband snores terribly. I am constantly being woken up by his snoring. Some nights I kick him out of bed to go sleep on the couch. he has tried those breathe right strips but they dont work for him. I dont know what can help him stop snoring

Snoring is a natural thing that one does without purpose. So, you can't behave bad to someone for snoring. My husband also snores sometimes and I don't care. Most of the time I get continuous sleep and sometimes not. I won't wake up due to his snoring.
We don't have control on some things like sleep, snoring, fear....etc. So, we should no blame or treat people bad for that. This is my personal opinion. I am sorry if you don't think so.

ya this is why i won't just leave him out of my bed. to me he is my hubby i much find a better way to resolve and not trying to ask him out.
to be good for both us , cause if i keep wake up in 1 hour time because of snore ,i might not enough rest for my work too...
is best we have to find out the best way, like bring him to see doctor with my respect or others that can help ...

Yes, unfortunately I have that problem too. I poke him constantly so he will roll over onto his side. It's loudest if he is sleeping on his back. He needs to lose some weight, so that is probably the biggest contributing factor to the loud snoring. If the snoring is super loud, sometimes it is because of sleep apnea which is a serious medical condition. You may want to suggest to him that he go to his doctor and get a "sleep study" done. They do those here in my City. You go down to a special medical center and sleep there overnight and there are people who monitor you and decide if you have sleep apnea or not and what can be done about it.

ha ha you does the same thing as me , i normally will thrown pillow on him or poke him to turn to other side. normally he face up ward would be very loud , side is better , but he not fat, i thought sleep apnea normally is for fat people? but i belive he getting fatter too.. compare to last time few year ago he still all right to me, and i won't get affected .
but now i have to walk up every one hour.
and i can't sleep well sometime.

I haven't married yet, but i think it will be so annoying if one day i have a husband who snores while sleeping. Few months ago,i had to sleep with my grandmother, she is very old, and when she slept for about five minutes, she started to snore,so loudly. As the result,i couldn't sleep at all. I try to close my eyes, but there was no use. It must be impolite if i throw a pillow toward her,haha.. So, i just could let her snored all the night.. And let myself suffered alone, lol.

Every time I snore my wife wakes me up.She says that she cant sleep if I start snoring. One night I recorded her snoring & asked her not to trouble me anymore.Still she says that I am the one who sleeps early & coz' of that she wont get the sleep.I dont like to be disturbed while having a good sleep but she doesn't heed my words. One night jus coz' of this I slept in another room.Since then she doesn't wake me up...hahaha
