What is one thing that would be a total turn off for you when talking to th eopposite gender-no matter how perfect they are otherwise. Like if they had this one thing wrong with them or one quality about them, you could not date them, no questions asked.I honestly don't think I have one.

I once decided I couldn't continue dating a guy because of the foul language he used. Even on our first date he cursed just way too much for my taste. He would just throw it into casual conversation like it was just regular vocabulary. We went out a couple of times and then one night when we were talking on the phone, in the middle of the conversation, I just realized that I didn't like listening to it. That was the end of that relationship.

Yeah, foul language just gets old if someone keeps using it ove and over again. It's like, do you have anything of substance to add or do you want to just keep looking bad-A with all your cussing?

I could see how that would get annoying. Did you ever talk to him and explain how his language made you feel? I think sometimes people don't realize how much they are using cuss words until someone else points it out.

We gad really only gone out a couple times. That was one of the things that took me aback, you would think he'd try to curb his language atleast until he learned how I spoke. But nope, it was like listening to an Andrew Dice Clay performance.

I heard that! We are all more willing to bend and excuse things when we are younger.

Stinginess!! I hate guys who are Stingy! If he's calculative and stingy, no matter how perfect he may be, it's a big turn off. I will never date such guys.

That's an original one! I dated a guy who was stingy-and he had all the money he wanted too his parents were millionares! I should have known he was a loser when he would buy himself a slushie but nothing for me.

If he has bad breath or having some offensive body odor then it really makes me turned off and never considers another date w/ him no matter how seemingly perfect he would be.

I guess I give people the benefit of the doubt too much. I would at least point it out and see if the guy would be willing to make an effort before just giving up.

Well, I am very big on manners and respect so no matter how perfect a guy seemed on the surface if he didn't have good manners and respect for others he would have to go. I've cut guys lose for a whole lot less.

I was taught that that way a person treats those lower positions than themselves is important. If a man is rude to the waiter in a restaurant, it is a reflection that he is not worth my time. He needs to be polite and nice to people who serve him.

Mine would have to be checking out others while with me. I cannot stand this. My brother is such a pig and his wife and few others were together at a bar one night and he would not stop checking the waitress and it made me so mad! I looked at her and she was looking down in tears. I have been there too and I think that doing this is the ultimate in lack of respect. People who are disrespectful rarely make good companions.

Wow...I really hate that for her. It's happened to me too, it's a terrible feeling and somewhat embarrassing. I just wonder why they don't think about how much tht hurts us. Guys don't think a thing about it though. I say if they do that in front of us then we as girls should be able to openly flirt with anyone we want to. But that's just the immaturity in me coming out I guess
