I've attempted to quit smoking a few times already and everytime, i fail miserably. The longest that I stopped smoking is for 2 months. And that was a long time... But then, here comes stress... and for some reason, it just helps me to feel more relaxed. Although, I am proud to say that at least I don't smoke as much now. I hope I can eventually stop smoking. Anyone who have attempted and succeeded? Share your secret!

You need to find another way of dealing with stress. I used to smoke alot but I gave up over 3 years ago. I found that I was always after another smoke if I got really stressed so I got a dog. Now, if I get stressed, I take the dog for a walk or go out in the garden to play with her. I'm not saying get a dog, but if you get stressed, go out. Go for a run or walk. The exercise is good for you as well.
