Can We See The State Or Country Without Corruption

Hi,
This is time of elections in our country. From somany days i am having a doubt that in feature can we see the state or country without corruption.. If "yes" plz share the how we can do..... and wat precautions we should take to eliminate corruption in our country and wat punishment we have to give those who take corruption..........

I think every country has corruption and I don't think anything will ever be done about it because i firmly believe it either comes from the top or the corrupt people control the people at the top and they look after each other...its all about money and money seems to rule these people...

well if I had the answer to that I guess I could be rich myself, as I feel corruption comes from the top and is probably control by all the different mobs so to speak around the world I think it would take a very brave person to try and stop it...I don't think one would live long id they tried to stop it as there is even corruption in most law enforcemnets...

Their will always be corruption. It does not matter what you do. It is because of how the world is. We live in an imperfect world so not having corruption is not an option. I wish it was but it is not. I think it is a part of politics so it is in all countries.
