Recession!?

Has the recession affected you and if so, how?
The recession has really affected me and I am ready for it to end. I have not been able to find a job and my bills are getting behind. I have filled out so many applications and have not had any luck. I am not going to give up that I can not do. Well please share with me and others how the recession has affected you.

i like to get a second job for a while to stay ahead of my bills and to pay for our summer vacation i usally do this after football season and keep it for about three or four months. i have not been able to find anything, guess i should be thankful i have a first job

Yes, you should be thankful. I am happy for you also. I have so many friends at this moment that want to quit their jobs but I tell them they should be happy that they got one. Thanks for responding.

Well, my sister just got retrenched from her job. For most of the household expenses, she's the one who's taking care of it. But now that she's still looking for another job, I need to step up and help with the expenses as well. I have no problem with this though, because I want to help my family in every way possible.

Sorry to hear that..Well, recession had affected me, too. Now, l had to start budget all my household expenses, as my husband is the only breadwinner. But, l had tried my best to help find some extra online income for him, since l had to be a full-time housewife and taking care of my son at home.
