Hi Margajoe! I have two best friends and the three of us were best of friends since our elementary days. I trust them with everything and they trust me just the same. We share a bond that has been tested in time. We have been friends for more than 30 years now and I am glad that the respect and trust, the love and care has always been there. I have new great friends whom I trust also but not the kind of trust that I have shared with my two best friends. I guess, it is because with my two best friends, we knew every detail of all our lives since we were young and until now that we are older.

Hi dear! Yes, I feel blessed and I do consider them as one of my treasures in life. I am so happy that we have lasted this long and the three of us are looking forward to still look beautiful together even if we will all be old and full of wrinkles. haha..

Hi, Margajoe!
I have exactly TWO best friends I would trust my life with. One, I have known since I was a little girl in first grade, back in 1980 (she would have been in the fourth grade). I think of her as not only my best friend, but also as my sister. The other true friend of mine is my fiance, whom I have known for a little over 10 years. I would rather have one or two true friends than a thousand "fair weather" friends (people who are there for you when things are good, but flee from you when things get bad).

Yes I agree.
True friends are worth more than anything!
Will you be getting married after 10 years together?
Or just take it as it comes? I wish I would have been so smart.
I got married way to fast. And too young. hahaha!
But, that is great when you can say you can trust your friends with your life.

He and I have KNOWN each other for ten years. We were friends first, then it grew into something deeper, and eventually we started dating. Then, getting even more close. Now we are engaged, and have been for one year. I am waiting until I finish college to get married. On ething at a time, please! LOL

I have 2 real good friends that would do anything for me as i would for them,we all have been good friends for about 12 years.

That is nice.
That has me thinking about what I tried to teach my children while they were growing up.
" Do unto others as you want them to do unto you."
12 years is a long time, they must be very good friends.
You are a lucky person! Friends are worth a lot.
This is not something you find easily now a days.

i would have to say i have many friends,,but to have the title of BEST FRIEND i would say GOD for he's with me in bad or good times..but my best earthly friends we know everything about eachother yje wrinkles,cuts,bad hubbies,children,relationships,those are your true friends and best friends...and i have only 3 ...they know me inside out and backwards...

I know I have 1 that I trust with my life-she has been my best friend for over 20 years (since we were 5). I have a couple others that I know I could call out of nowhere and they would be there for me but nothing compares to by best friend. I am lucky to have her!

There are about 3 or 4 people that I consider my close friends that I feel I can trust with anything. I know that they will always be there for me and that they would do anything and everything to help me if I asked. What's interesting is that these people will also stand up to me if they think that I am doing something that is not in my best interest. I think that is the true mark of a friend, when someone will look out for you when you really aren't looking out for yourself.
