Everyone, If you feel the global economy were bad, your company had to take some measure to miantain manage, for example, save cost, reduce the staff, stop production and so on. Our company have reduce one hundred staffs, and compensation is not accod to law, our colleague can not but use the labor law to maitain own benefit and discussed the company, but the company requests staff ti leave job forcefully. The finacial crisis has affect company's income and we can comrehend, but woker's wages are much less, enterprise should be defer to labor law to give everynoe compensation, we are the Japanese investment enterprises, they should be know china's law, this can be friendly cooperation long-term.
