I saw this movie for the first time just after the Oscar's ceremony. I enjoyed it very much! It wasn't a Bollywood styled movie like I thought it would be, but it had a wonderful storyline, very accomplished acting and a great musical score too. I highly recommend that others see this film!

It seems a lot of people are seeing Slumdog Millionaire, and millions more will probably rent it. I have not seen it yet, but I plan to rent it in the future. I've heard so many people review the movie, and so far out of the many reviews I've read (including those on mylot who have seen it) I've only read of one person who didn't think it was a good movie.

ya.. i watched this movie.. and really liked it.. the way it has portrait a mumbai slum child character is too good... it has really touched the hearts of people across the globe... it sure deserved to win the Oscars...

I have never seen this movie before. I think I have it in my queue in Netflix though. We will rent it soon.

No I havnt seen this movie yet but kind of want to now after hearing all the praise this movie got which I never cared to see it before. But im going to have to rent it even though I dont know if its out on dvd or not wich I thought it came out before the academy awards but dont know ill have to look into it. And if it is ill rent it at blockbuster tomorow.

You're right, it's a latest famous film and a real breaking film from India which also a breaking history in Indian film and international film industry. Some kind of nice motivation genre of film. Actors involved really rewarded with this film.
