How long is your lunch break?

At my work, I only got half hour lunch break. For some people, they probably got longer break than I have. Is this fair? Usually, I don't bring lunch to work. I rather take a nap in my car.

we have an hour lunch but my boss is not strict on this. as long as you get your work done, you can take slightly longer if you want. i have gone for 1 1/2 hour lunches and a couple of time, for longer, but only coz the boss aint in. sometimes i do have a nap after lunch or have a nap instead of lunches...but those naps are never enough! we have a pool connected to the building so its a good spot for lunch or have a nap. :)

I usualy take about an hour each day, I like to split it into 2 seperate 30 min breaks one at mid morning and another in the early afternoon.

We get an hour for lunch break, but I usually work through my break so I could go home early. I usually pack my own lunch and eat while working. That way I could finish all my work quickly and I could go home an hour early.

We have an hour for our lunch break. I always bring in my own food. I normally consume thirty minutes taking my lunch and then the other 30 minutes will be naptime for me.

I am retired now but I think a half hour for lunch was plenty long enough, and then have 2 15 min.coffe breaks ,one in the morning and one in the afternoon.I really think that was the best.

I work from home actually so the length of my lunch break is up to me. but I normally keep it to an hour though if I wanted to even take a nap I can but because there are things to do so I just take an hour lunch break. You don't take lunch but nap in your car instead? You would save on lunch money then.

I am currently unemployed so I am always on a lunch break...lol. A few months ago I worked at a Daycare and they gave me 30mins. I would've liked to have had more time, but I was only working from 8:30-3:00pm, so I guess 30 mins is plenty. My job before that gave me an hour, it was great. I lived less than 10mins aways so I would sometimes drive home and watch tv and prepare a quick lunch. I loved it in the warmer months, I was able to get out and drive my Mustang Convertible around. Or my office mates and I would go out to some great local places to eat.

Here in our office we have one hour breaktime during lunch. It takes me 20 minutes to eat my lunch. It includes the preparation and cleaning. Then, like you i also take a nap after lunch. I have less that 40 minutes to do it before going to work.

Well, we actually have 12:00 noon to 1:00pm for lunch break, but here in my office, sometimes we hide from our bosses around 11:30am to eat our lunch. Hahaha, quite funny but thats what most of my office mates also do, "early lunch means longer sleeping time". Thats right! 12pm-1pm is our sleeping time, Lol. If we eat our lunch late, then we have lesser time to rest. I guess aI'm just lucky to work in such company.
