are you walking around in a bad mood, eyes half open, research shows that we are actually putting our heart at risk. Recommended hours to sleep is 7-8 hours, lack of sleep may stimulate an increase in chronic inflammation, this is troublesome because continuous inflammation will lead to high blood pressure, stroke or heart disease. lack of sleep has a significant on your blood sugar levels. i t requires more insulin to balance your blood sugar levels if you are sleep deprived and in turn it can lead to other health problems like heart disease. but the other people if they are suffering from sleep disorder the first option to consider is to seek out over the counter or prescription sleep aids but there are several downsides to consider, one is your body can require more and more medication in order to achieve results, next is dosage can affect your safety and put your life at risk and it can be highly addictive which is dangerous to your body and your body will never learn to sleep on its own. but what is the best best way and better choice is to consider more natural approaches like do simple things like no television before going to sleep, seek a natural herbal supplement will help you also, try to avoid drinking with caffeine, you need to practice relaxation to help you unwind. try these things will help you achieve a solid night rest and it is needed to achieve a healthy body and healthy heart.

I love soda, so living without caffeine seems like a challenge, but if it helps me sleep, I'll do it. The problem isn't caffeine, though. In fact, caffeine can help you sleep. As for my sleeping problems, they're obviously just due to me not being in rhythm with the night/day balance. You see, I can sleep a good 6-8 hours if I sleep through the morning. However, I have trouble sleeping from 10pm to 4am.

I always try to get enough sleep. Usually I go to bed late at nights; however, I sleep in the day if I have to wake up early. I think sleep is very important for our health, especially mental health. I got to sleep deprivation periods and in both times I got a mental crisis.
