I have this uncle who owned a Wood Carving business, as a student of Business Administration I noticed some unappropriate actions he have done in recruiting his employees. He has this friend when he is in college he recruited as a wood carver. And considering that he doesn't have any experience in wood carving because his line of business is Computer Shop which is already bunkrupt because he doesn't know anything about business and he is lazy but because he is my uncle's friend he recruited him. Do you do this also to your own business regarding recruiting?

I would think that he has done this in the interest of helping out his friend. As much as your uncle is doing whatever he can for the friend, it is for the friend to show responsibility. This happens a lot and even in the place where i work. And further more the friends have been there at the times when needed most.
