An apartment or a villa, which one do you prefer?

Villa is bigger and may get less disturbance from your neighbours. It is more comfortable than an apartment. But an apartment also has its superiorities. It is small and easy to clean. It is cozy in winter. Which one do you prefer, an apartment or a villa?

I think it depends on the money I have when I decide to buy one. If I have enough money I will surely buy a villa and I want to plant many tress and flowers and keep fish in my yard. You know, in China, buying a villa needs a large sum of money.

I have the same view with you. It just depends on the money. If I have enough money to afford a large residence, I will choose a villa. Nice to meet you here! we come from the same country. Good luck and have a nice day!

Well i wished for a dream home, i got a apartment. And i got it recently. I got little amount for it and rest through loan. I am happy i got my dream home near my farm. Investing on home is life long asset for us and kids.

I would say, it depends on the neighbourhood, in a megapolis a villa would be kind of out of place amidst all the skyscrappers, while in the country side or ocean side a villa would be grand. I bit of both would just be adequate.
