Hi pratik! I think it will be better for you to withdraw your money from paypal to your bank account by simply adding the bank information to your paypal account. If you want to be paid by check then there may some amount be deducted from your account

I think you need a verified account for getting a cheque. There should be a way for getting a cheque having an unverified paypal account but i think that will take away most of the money from you and if you have a bank account it is better to verify your account because it is safe and the cost is less in getting the money. :)
