I know that this must sound like a daft question and the answer is probarly very easy, but I recently signed up to Donkeymails, very happy about it, click the adverts on the site etc, but I don't get paid emails.
Now I was under the impression that they send Paid emails to you, like other similar companies, or am I not correct. I have checked my spam filter, but that is not the problem, so has anyone any ideas ?
Thanks in advance

Hey Jason,
I've been with donkeymails for some time and i found that initially it took like a week to start getting mail from them. On the other hand, now I get about 20 a day.
But you can also try looking in the inbox on the site...
I know my account is set to just send the mail to that account instead of my hotmail inbox.
So theres two suggestions, I hope one helps at least.

what mail provider are you using? i use gmail and i get mine fine
also check the website..you may have them set to go to your inbox on the site instead of your email inbox...

Thanks for your reply, as I have just said in the post above, they have just started to filter through, so no need to worry now.

As others have said, DonkeyMails definitely do send paid emails. You shouldn't have to rely on the site inbox, though -- could your email provider possibly be blocking DonkeyMails? I use a Gmail account for paid emails and that works great. Even though every now and then a paid email gets automatically classified as spam, it's still easy for me to access it. Other email providers, though, aren't so good for paid emails. I've heard a lot of complaints about AOL and Yahoo! blocking paid mails.
