cultural differences can definitely cause tension in marriage, but if the two couple have a solid friendship and are sure that they want to spend their lives together, come what may, they will surely be able to face any challenges may come their ways. what can you say about this?

I'm Russian and my husband is American.
So I moved to the US for him.
What I can say?
People are people all over the world.
Certainly, there are some differences in culture and way of life but if you're in love it's nothing.

I first want to say Welcome to myLot!
I believe friendship is essential to all relationships. In the end, what you really want is a friend to which you can turn. Come what may, our will and our strength can get us through things many feel impossible.
When you love someone, love has no knowledge of lines drawn on a map, love knows no color, love knows nothing but the person you love...
Cultural diversity. When we have the ability to learn about other cultures, instead of fearing the conflict, we improve our own understanding of culture and ourselves. When we can talk to each other and live with each other, regardless of culture, ethnicity, religion/lack of, etc. we better the world we all exist in.
Good luck, I wish you the best.
