Anti virus software for pendrives.

I came to know that anti virus software are there for pend drives to prevent them from getting infected by virus.One of my friends gave me the link to down load it,few months back.But I made a note of it in a note pad and now that not pad is available no more. Please suggest the best software and the link to download it.

I use Avira AntiVir Personal which is free.
