Hi hope we all are not doing it fully, any one exception have you plan your day before you start your day. If yes how you are doing it by your mobile phone or by diary or by outlook like email client applications or google calendar? how you are doing it. I am doing it by my mobile phone when ever if there is one notification or appointment I'll put a reminder on my mobile phone to remind that meeting before a day or few hours before its depends on the appointment and the location in my place. Hope we all are doing not fully anyway certain circumstances we are missing some important meeting or appointment. How ever if you doing it by some other methods if it is a effective way shall you explain it to me here by posting it under this discussion I am ready to discuss more on this topic.

When I have somewhere to go I make an entry on my calendar. Then I know what I am doing and where I am going.Other than that no I do have jobs like cleaning the oven ect and try to do them regularly so it is not to much of a job.As I don't work outside of the home so it is not so important to me.I can take my time and please myself.xx

I'm old fashioned, I still hand write in my day planner. I don't use my phone for this and I don't have a day that has to be planned down to the minute. One or two things is all i have to plan for now that I am retired.

I always jot down the things to do in a pas the previous night itself.I try to finish as many jobs as possible and tick them one after another. The unfinished tasks get carried over to the next day.I list the jobs on priority basis.

I never plan my day. I take my day as it comes, but sometimes I plan little things like how much discussions I must respond to myLot. I also like planing about the future and to save some money for the future so that I can have it when I don't have the money. Before I had the habit of planning the monthly budget in my computer. I do plan the budget of income and expenses every month and I do work to increase the income if I know I will have more expense in a particular month.

I just remember when it is. As I have Dr. app. or what ever. I'm not a person that has meetings and if is way off I put it on the calander in the kitchen. You have a good day.

I have tried to plan out my days but there's always something that interferes with the flow of it. It's impossible to keep to a schedule when other, more important things crop up. Ok... you can start well, but then other people have needs and sometimes they are urgent, so you have to put aside what you're doing and reschedule. I find it better to plan daily but extend that to a week at a time, so that the less important things can be put back as necessary. I use my diary rather than the mobile phone, or a planner. I have a small diary which can be carried around in my bag, so that's the most convenient for me. Brightest Blessings.

I plan my dad with a notebook. I work from home so I write down article ideas as I get them and I write down what I want to write that day and cross them off as I do them. I leave the notebook right by my computer so I will see it as I am sitting here. It works for me pretty well. :)

I meant to say I plan my day with my notebook, not my dad, lol. Sorry about that! :)

Unless there is something important to do, I don't make plans for any day. maybe just reminding myself to do some things like going for grocery, make apptment with my doctor etc but not really making plans. I don't use cell phone so I just mark it on my calendar or just a piece of paper I put close to my bed so when I wake up I can see it.

Well... I don't usually plan my days, but, there are times that I have a lot to do, and without planning, time is passing by... If I do plan my day, I get a list of what needs be done, and the time I should spend doing it. No diary, no cell phone - just plain pen and paper gets the job done :)

Yes I always plan my day with my brain only. I will think about what I need to get done for that day and sort of prioritize in my brain. Then maybe I would just write that down on a piece of paper as a check list and that would be it. I seldom use other devices because I tend to not looking at those devices.

I have a diary and generally have a basic outline of how I want my day to go and I use my mobile phone the way you do for appointments etc...But I found out a long time ago that at times life has its own agenda. Have you heard the saying, "Life is what happens to you while you are busy making other plans"? It is so very accurate because there are days when it is a lot easier to go with the flow because at the end of the day we have no real control.

I'm terrible for remembering appointments and things so I always put everything in my phone calendar because I just won't remember. We have a big calendar in our kitchen that my boyfriend makes me up-date once a week so that he knows of anything we need to attend as well.

When I was working, I was pretty much stationary, so I used Outlook. Every time I get an email that I need to reply to later, I would save that email in the calendar function of outlook, under a to-do list. When it comes time for me to reply, I would simply open up that calendar entry and the email, and reply to it.
