Will it be okay with you that Manny Pacquiao is a doctor? He is a Doctorate of Humanites. In his fight this coming May with Hatton ,he will be introduce as Dr Manny Pacquiao. One of the universities here in the Philippines giving him this awardee without any hassles,do you think it is just a public gimmick for the school to make it popular? What do you think?

I'm still against it but here's an FYI:
- Pacquiao will be conferred a degree of Doctor of Human Kinetics (honoris causa).
- Honoris Causa’ is a Latin phrase which means’ for the sake of honor’ and it is an academic degree conferred by an academic institution where the usual requirements such as passing of examinations are waived.
- Human Kinetics is a study on sports, fitness and health. It aims to provide a dynamic environment that supports academic excellence in sports, recreation and physical activity through inspired teaching, creative research and meaningful achievements.

Yes.I am not joking here about it. He really been awarded as doctorate of humanities. Some fellow students or some people thinking that they wanted to study in that school because it is easy to get a doctorate degree,no need of making and defending the thesis.

Hi good day to you. Well i think he also deserved that doctrate of humanities because he already done many things here in our country, and i think it is not a public gimmik by the school, in order for the school to be popular. Here in our country Philippines i can say that Dr.Manny Pacquiao is a hero for the reason he already give many honor to our country by his winning matches in his boxing career. And by the way as i remember Dr.Manny Pacquiao is good inspiration to other people because of his good career start in boxing.
In his next comming fight in boxing will be in the month of the May. I guess many Filipino will watch and support that event of boxing, especially those politician who want to increase there popularity in government. Well that's all my response to your forum topic discussion entitled "Dr.Manny Pacquiao...". I hope my responsed is good to your interesting topic! Happy posting and happy earning here in this site mylot. Good luck and God bless us always. . . Mabuhay! ! !

Well, all I can say is, you don't have to remind me not to send my kids to that University that gave Pacquiao that degree. It's now at the 3rd spot of my never-to-enroll-my-kids-schools, colleges, and universites list. LOL!
