Anime Conventions

I'm hoping and planning to go to the Anime Expo this year which is I believe from July 2nd through the 5th. It's being held in the LA convention again which is awesome since its just a bus ride away from where I live. It's the only convention I go to yearly since its generally the biggest and popular convention and several popular voice actors and prominent people in the anime industry go there each year hehe. I'd love to go to Comic-con as well though if I ever get the time (and funds), as well as a ride from a friend xD.

I have always wanted to go to an anime or even game convention but never had to chance to yet. It's usually too far away from where I live or it doesn't fit in with my schedule. The main one I want to go to is Anime Expo that's held in Los Angeles during the beginning of July (usually around July 4). This is a really major event that usually draws thousands of people every year. But like I said, distance can be a problem. It takes around 11 hours to drive down to LA from where I live and I don't think I'd like going by myself.
