Left 4 Dead, do you think it is overrated, did it meet your expectations?
Personally, i was tracking this game once it came out and when it did, i immediately bough it (along with a friend)
After a while, it got repetitve, costantly shooting zombies over and over, same maps over and over.
BUt BAM, i was invited to a clan and thats where the fun of L4D starts,
CO-OP, in many maps, you and your friends and plan and play and thats where the real fun comes in. Working as a team even if you are infected or survivor, helping each other out even if it is gona cost you.
*BTW GET A MIC !!!!!!!!! if you plan to play.

I've seen this game played in the computer shop where I play World of Warcraft. I think this game has a potential to become big. It has both the essence of cooperative gameplay as well as the excitement of shooting zombies. I could hear them scream as one of their teammate gets eaten by one of the zombies. I think I wanna try it out.

Yeah, I own it. I would rate it a 9/10. It does get a bit repititive if your playing solo. But that's ok, as long as you have friends playing with you it's super fun. They're coming out with new maps and campaigns too, so i'm looking forward to that. How bout you?

Well as far as new maps and campaigns go, its a new lighthouse campaign (or thats the finale), a new mode called survival (its basically last man standing), hopefulyy the other 2 versus maps.
Im a bit disappointed i had to wait this long. The original announcement was Christmas that they were gona release an update for this. But they said sales were up alot, they had like lots of stuff to do for Christmas and that time around so the postponed it....to March maybe even april (cause i think the 360 has the update) Hopefully SDK will be also released

it is WAY OVERRATED. there was so much buzz about the game about after its release, and about its multiplayer gameplay. i got my hands on it after a few weeks, and already had a dreaded feeling after just a couple of hours of gameplay. the initial impression was good: team play, blasting-off hordes of zombies, trying to survive... but then it just got repititive. i think i played this game no more than two weeks and the fun was over.

This is probably the best game of 2009, if it came out in 2009. Valve has really revolutionized the multiplayer scene with this online coop game. I only wish they fixed the obvoius bugs before they released the game and maybe supported up to at least 8 player coop. I would definitely settle for lower standard graphics for larger areas and teams.
