Hi siZidni,
How are you today? i hope you are good. About 'siskamling' i never join one. lol But of course because i am a woman. If i were born to be a man, i would like to be a hero that watchout the safety of my kampung. This actifity is looks fun and make the neighborhood closer and taking care of each other. I always can manage to stay late till morning since i were at college (because i draw till late night) And i falling in love with night conditions. The stars and the moon..So peacefull.
Do you bring any snack or coffe siZidni? How many is your friends?

thx for responding..
i knew you would have joined siskamling if you were a man. ha2
of course i brought makanan kecil and minuman with me. and it can be really fun. and you are absolutely right since we can get along with our neighborhood better than before. i knew some of the members were just in the first time i joined ronda. before that i didn't know them at all.
and they were 5 active members in my turn.

That sounds like our Neighborhood Watch programs, where people in the neighborhood voluntarily patrol and report suspicious activities to the police. We don't have anything like that in my neighborhood. I don't think there's a need for it, things are pretty quiet and the children and teens generally don't cause any trouble. But I'm glad that people are taking responsibility for the safety of their communities. I hope your night is uneventful.

yes you are right. it needs participation from the neighbourhood. and actually it's not an obligation. but the RT or the head of neighborhood propose this program to his people and they agree to have such program. since there's been some theft or rob attemps in our neighborhood.
