What do you eat when you're extremely hungry but short on time?

Sure it happens to me and probably all of us from time to time. My favorite
healthy snack is a cup of yogurt. Cold from the fridge or frozen from the
freezer. If you freeze them it takes longer to eat and your stomach is more
satisfied that way. Strawberry or black cherry are my favs. Yummmmmm

Open it and put it in your microwave on defrost or regular heat for a
few seconds. You still want it to be fairly hard so it takes a while to
eat. Play with the temp and time until you get the yogurt somewhat harder
than a smoothie. The idea is to make yourself eat it slower so your stomach
feels full.

always bring biscuits with you, that's the best option. i always have that in my
bag, at work when we have long time meeting ofcourse we really get so hungry but there's no chance to go out and eat for a while, so biscuits really help a lot.

What type of biscuits do you mean? When I think of biscuits I think of fluffy bread-like biscuits, but I know that people in other countries call biscuits what I would refer to as cookies. I'm not sure where you're from, so I don't know what kind of "biscuits" you mean.

When I'm super hungry I eat things that don't even taste good like rice cakes, whole grain bread, and nutritional bars. Because when I'm hungry anything satisfies me, which is a bonus for maintaining proper weight. But if I don't plan ahead I end up swinging by a fast food joint and eating that junk instead. Bad move!

Yeah, I don't tend to crave fast food very often but on days like today it's really tempting to just pull up to Burger King and clog my arteries. But I'm trying to be careful of what I eat right now, because I know I'm under stress and my husband is sick. I know that if I eat badly, I'm more likely to get sick too and I don't need that right now!

Sometimes I have days like that too. They suck. lol I hate when I constantly feel hungry and can't seem to satisfy that hunger. My best advice is to eat snacks high in protein. I tend to keep snacks like string cheese, rice cakes with peanut butter, and hard boiled eggs with me.
