I don't agree that Bogues is the greatest player in the NBA,he may be the shortest but not the greatest. But his achievement will be remember forever because despite his height disadvantage he managed to play in the NBA for a long period of time,a testament to his work ethics and talent

Personally no I don't think that he was the greatest player. He may have been short and worked very hard and contributed a lot to the NBA because it showed people that you don't have to be tall to play basketball but I still don't think that he revolutionized the game that Jordan did. Jordan has become the trademark and household name of the National Basketball League and his domination and intimidation that he left on opponents as well as his buzzer beaters and championships ultimately put him in the top-tier of the NBA's greatest.

no doubt,he is a great player,he's height in the nba is so uncommonly.but as you say nba is a giant world ,so no matter how great he is,he can't be the greateat player in nba, after all, there are too many outstanding stars in nba,he is only a great star, even not a superstar.
DO you agree with me?

are you kidding me. even though Tyrone Bogues is just 5'3, its just inches when you compare to Earl Boykins (5'5). If tyrone can dunk and do alley oops then he will be the greatest ball gamer in the NBA. Imagine a 5'3 dunking on a 10ft ring?

Me too, I dont agree. I guess all the credits that I can give him is that he is short for an NBA player but he was able to play the game and stayed for several seasons. But greatness wise, there are a lot of them. We can mention Michael Jordan, Larry Bird, Magic, Kobe, and there are a lot more.
I believe that greatness entails a lot of factors. It does not have to be just that you are small and yet you were able to play in the league. For me, it has to be that player who can reliable during clutch times and who can make other person play better when he is on the court.
What do you think guys?
