Hi, I am good at creating website, so I think I can give some suggestions to you. How to start? It is a good question. first you must ask yourself that if you want to create independent in your own net space or just write some contents about special topic in some blog website such as sina, bokee etc. If you choose the first way, I think the following steps are needed: 1. You must study some web technologys first such as html, CMS system, ftp etc. 2. You must contact some net space provider to buy own net space, your blog will locate on this net space in the future. 3. Create blog website in your net space. Here, I suggest a free blog system, you can just upload the file to your net space and then do some simple configuration , a good blog system of you have come up. 4. After have you own blogger, you must work hard to update it. Add some attractive content, invite friends to visite and leave their footprint. If you work hard, I think your blog will become very popular.
