I do think that waking up early means more time.Everytime when i wake up earlier than usual,i would look at the time and said,Huh its still **:** only. But if i wake up late,i will look at the time and said, huh it's so late now and time is passing so fast.So guys do you think that way like me or you have different views to share? Thanks

Well it is quite right if you wake up early you have lots of time in the morning to go for walk, play with your dog, finish your homework and study for exam if you are a student and if you are in job then prepare for a meeting and then can have a leisurely tea and breakfast and take your time driving or catch a bus to office. So yes i do agree.

If I wake up early then I'll need a nap later in the day to keep going. Otherwise I'd get really tired and start yawning at about 11 or so. That's what my rhythm is set to so that's what I'm used to.

No, because even if I do get up late I stay up a lot later as well. Whereas if I get up early then I go to bed earlier as well. It's all relative to what your body is used to or what your circadian rhythm is set to.
