no, I'm pretty sure thats direct violation of the tos, but contact mylot admin, maybe they'll be leniant with you and let your brother join, but you will deffinately need seperate paypal accounts, and if they wont let you why not share your account and split earnings, if you both are able to generate 40 cents a day (which really isnt that hard) thats 80 cents a day, you'll reach payout really fast and be able to split the money, I dont think sharing an account is against tos at least I didnt see that part.
