There are some out there, but there is a catch to them; they have a minimum cashout amount. For example, the bonus for signing up may be 1 dollar, but you'll have to have atleast 10 or so to cashout. Hope that makes sense. =)

There aren't any sites that have instant cashout. That would be really stupid don't you think? Some guy would make a computer programm that would make account and cashout. He would have thousands of dollars in a few days. If you want to get money in this world you have to work for it. There isn't anything like free money for anyone.
