valuebux is a legit ptc site?

Hi friends, Have you heard bout valuebux? I already made a quick research about this paid to click site and found out this one seems legit. Kindly share your opinion regarding this matter.

This site is a SCAM. It is owned by GoPratt Networks who owned scam sites like ChillBux and DingoBux in the past. They are not even using a original design. This design is pure copy of Buxout which also closed a couple of months back coz they ran out of money.

I am member of this site for last few days and i got no referrals :( on this site. so i am far from knowing if it is a honest site or not but i hope it is nice site and since it is new site so it would pay for some time i am sure.
