this one is like one against-all-odds relationship for me. what i know is, a school does not allow this kind of relationship because they say it is unethical. but one doesn't know when, where and to whom he/she will fall in love, right?
so what do you think about this?

One person does not know when he/she will fall in love and with whom. If a teacher falls in love with a student, he/she then has a choice ... break up or quit.

your professor is not fair game. If you are the professor then your students are not fair game.
If you want to pursue a relationship then you need to change schools. It is a good way to loose a job, and a good way to get a reputation of sleeping with someone to get good grades.
It is unethical. There are many moral implications and depending on the age f the people involved legal implications.
Your best bet would be to drop the course if you can't manage to control the urge to be with the other person.
