One of my favorite quote is: "If A equals success, then the formula is A = X + Y + Z. X is work, Y is play, Z is keep your mouth shout" - Albert Einstein.

Yes.. typo mistake. My bad... Einstein is a inspiration for a lot o people. A funny quotation that I found on the internet, but I don't remember the author: "Software is like women, is better when it's free" lol

Oh yes i got few which i try to follow

and many are there though, i love to read and make my own quotes too, i have made many quotes by myself, i am a good writer too.

I have two favourite quotes. One is silly (from True Lies) and always makes me laugh: "Women: can't live with 'em, can't shoot 'em."
The other is pretty much a life philosophy for me: "Life sucks, but that's just life."

Something I just recently read...
"The only reward for conformity was that everyone liked you except yourself."
One of my favorite quotes would be from the Bible, 1 Corinthhians 13:4, which answers the question, "What is love?"
Another one is a Brazilian quote...in English it's, "I don't have everything I love, but I love everything I have."
