can someone tell me what the stars are next to peoples names and how do you get them

Sure. The bigger the star rating is the better. It is how people rate you. So if someone rates you positive, there are more chances of your star to go up, and if people rate you negative, there are more chances that your star will go down. Apparently it does affect your earnings, which alot of people have been saying.
But don't worry to much. Stick to the mylot guidelines and just give your opinion.
