How much coffee intake you have in a day?

Before i can take 3 coffee in a day. But I read in an article that coffee is not good in our health so I quit. It took me months to keep me from not drinking coffee plus the headache. I am a maxwell brand and it really cost me alot. But now it's worth quiting. I have a healthy lifestyle and I added the cost of that to other neccesities like milk and fruits.

Hello,Jill! Though not a regular coffee drinker,I drink one cup coffee daily in the afternoon as it helps in preventing cardiovascular diseases.However I drink five to six cups of red tea every day.This also helps preventing heart problems and lowers the risk of cancer.thanx.
